How To Get Bodybuilding Body?

When I meet new people, and I tell them I am a professional bodybuilder, I can see the disbelief in their eyes. Their reactions usually amuse me. They try to stay calm, but eyes are telling different story. As soon as it can, their look starts to check me looking for signs of oversized muscles.

What is bodybuilding in everyday life?

If they are ready to listen, I explain them that bodybuilding workouts are just another way to keep fit and in shape. Recreationists do not look like people on stage during competitions. To look like that, it takes years of intensive training and special diet. There is also strict diet and training for about a month before the competition to remove all the fat from system and increase muscles. Once we start regularly eating, it all comes back pretty fast.

System That Gives Results

I had tried many workouts before I discovered bodybuilding. Before that, I believed bodybuilders pump their muscles with steroids and look like Hulk all the time. How I get rid of prejudices

As I said before, I never liked bodybuilding. I was on a university when I met that girl, and she told she was a bodybuilder. I still did not believe her, but she was friendly and charming, and she persuades me to go with her on training.

I went and stayed there. It turned out to be an excellent way to stay fit, and people were friendly and kind. I guess the fact that girl that brought me there later became my wife helped a lot when I was deciding. However, I visited and enjoyed in bodybuilding. There was just one problem.

How I solved problems

My biggest problem was that I needed some exercise to do when I do not have bodybuilding trainings, or even as a sort of warm-up before training. Only problem was that all plans I found out required at least one hour every day. I kept on looking, and one day a friend told me about T25 program.

When it got the Beach body work out program, I worked on all the workouts found on the DVD and I was happy since the workout has been developed that I can have a personal trainer with me without having to spend too much time. The DVD explains all the move that have to be done and you can see how they should be done which means I was able to do everything in the right way. The trainer is also fit which gave me more courage to look like him.

How to do the best workout

The workout had a mix and match method which means that at least the workout of the 3 days will be matched up on daily basis. The bands may be used or not but they are included in the workout. I could decrease or increase the intensity of the workout depending on what I want to achieve. If I wanted to work on the lower or total body, I had to push up my strength. However, for my upper body I would relax and use any exercise that I feel like doing it.

It is easy to do the workout

What I liked about the workout is that I can achieve what I may have achieved in 30 minutes in only 10 minutes workout. When I have only 10 minutes to spare, I can work on the lower body and yoga flex. However, if I have more time, I can also do a beach body system like yoga booty ballet with a Kathy Smith. This is because I feel like the cueing is easy and it is not rough on my body.

The exercises helped me to annihilate belly fat and I can also work on my upper abs, oblique and lower abs. This means that I can get the results within 10 minutes. With this workout plan, you do not have any excuse on why you do not work out.




Do Your Exercises During The Lunch Time

The first time I heard about the Beach body workout program, I did not feel like trying it at first time but after sometime a co-worker convinced me that I should give it a try. The workout promises to help the user to get the beach body he wants by doing the workouts in few minutes. The workouts are short which means that any busy person like me can squeeze them in his lunch hour break. The workout is grouped within the movements and not according to the muscles. The workout is good for someone regardless if he is just vacationing.

Get the body you like by working when you are able to

The routine has been designed to strip away the body fats in order to define the chest abs, the arms, and shoulders while the strength while also will increase.

When I followed up with the exercise with a good diet, then in six weeks I was able to have the body I wanted. With this routine, I was able to make any exercise I wanted. For example, I was allowed to substitute the horizontal rowing movement with the body weight row, dumbbell or seated row. For example if the bench press has someone, then I would have to use my powerblock dumbbells or machine press.

The exercises that I tried out

When it started, for example with one resistance workout, I have to start with the bench press and to at least 6 to 8 times. I had to do then the dumbbell row so that I can perform another six repetitions; I had to rest for one minute so that I can repeat the prescribed number for of the sets.

I had to increase the super sets in order to increase the workout density. This involves moving from a certain exercise to a new one without or with a little rest in between. Using the super set, I was able to get twice the work done within the same period.
